The Courage to Lead from Within
A 7-Week Women's Intensive • 7 Sessions, 90 Minutes Each • Small Cohort
And something in you knows it is not the whole story.
That knowing is a signal.
You are capable. You are responsible. You show up for your work, your family, your commitments, the people who count on you.
And somewhere along the way, without quite meaning to, you have drifted.
You are good at directing your energy toward what matters. What if you turned some of that toward yourself?
This intensive is for the woman who is ready to do exactly that — to reclaim something true.
"I was so busy being responsible that I lost the connection to what I actually wanted."
This program includes exercises that will reshape how you think about yourself and your life.

What You Will Experience
The Journey
02
"I can hear what feels true for me."
What You Will Do
During this seven-session intensive, you will:
Understand why you feel drained or misaligned — and where your energy has quietly been going.
Complete a Power Audit — a structured examination of your time, emotional labor, and the invisible responsibilities you carry.
Use the Enneagram as a personal lens to see your patterns with compassion rather than criticism. (No Enneagram experience required — the assessment is part of your pre-work.)
Explore your North and South Nodes — the patterns you’re here to release and the purpose you’re here to embody.
Develop practices for reconnecting with your intuition and learning to trust what you already know.
Name what is genuinely calling you — and begin to separate that signal from obligation, expectation, or fear.

A Note About This Cohort
Founding Cohort — A Special Invitation
This is the inaugural run of The Courage to Lead from Within. A small group of women will experience this program first — and their experience matters deeply.
As a founding cohort participant, you are joining at a significantly reduced rate in exchange for your honest engagement. At the close of the program, you will be invited to share your experience through a brief feedback conversation. Your reflections will help shape future cohorts.
This is not a beta test. The program is fully designed and carefully held. It is simply the first time these particular women will move through it together — and that is something worth being part of.

About Ellen
Ellen McGinnis is an organizational development consultant, leadership coach, and the founder of Live Your Jam. She has spent her career helping organizations and their leaders perform at their optimal level — and the most important work she has done has been her own.
Ellen has navigated significant personal and professional transitions — major career shifts, living overseas, reinvention, and starting over more than once. Each chapter required her to rely not only on strategy and intellect, but on something deeper: her own inner guidance. In learning how to listen inward, she discovered the work she was meant to do.
The Courage to Lead from Within is the program that emerged from that journey — built for women who are capable, responsible, and quietly aware that something truer is available to them.
This is the work she built for women. Herself included.

What This Is Not
Frequently asked questions
This intensive is designed for high-functioning women who have built successful careers and meaningful lives — and who are sensing that something truer is available to them. You do not need to be in crisis. You need to be ready to look inward with honesty and intention.
This is the first time The Courage to Lead from Within is being offered as a live cohort program. The curriculum is fully developed and carefully designed. Founding cohort participants join at a reduced rate and are invited — not required — to share feedback at the close of the program. Their experience will help shape future offerings.
The program runs for seven weeks with one live session per week, each 90 minutes long. Sessions are held in a small women's cohort via video and are designed to include teaching, reflection, and facilitated group discussion. Each session builds on the last.
The iEQ9 is a professional-grade Enneagram assessment that provides a nuanced picture of your personality patterns, motivations, and growth edges. It is sent to you upon enrollment and takes approximately 30–40 minutes to complete. You will use it as a personal lens throughout the program. No prior Enneagram knowledge is required.
This program is designed as a live, relational experience — the group work is where the real shifts happen. If you think you will miss more than two sessions, we encourage you to sign up at another time. We will provide recordings for any sessions missed. We encourage you to assess your availability before enrolling and reach out if you have questions.
Every participant receives a private 30-minute session with Ellen after the program concludes. This is a dedicated space to integrate what you have discovered in the program and to identify what you are stepping toward next.
Yes. Future cohorts will be offered at a higher rate. Founding cohort participants are joining at the lowest price this program will ever be offered.
